Prof. Dimitrios Konstantinidis, from McMaster University, speaks to the department of civil engineering on “Recent Advances on the Seismic Response of Unanchored Contents in Conventional and Base-Isolated Buildings”.

In 2017, several meetings took place between the graduate and undergraduate members of the Chapter to co-ordinate the use of laboratory equipment, supervision, and shake-table testing of their wood structure. Several half days in the year were then dedicated to completing the test at the U of T Structural Testing Facility
